How to Improve Posture at Home | Look Taller by Improving your Posture!

Hi I’m Jennifer Mac with be deliciously healthy and I share CUISINE, DETOX, and BEAUTY recipes and tips.

Today we are talking about having good posture.  From cell phones to the normal stresses of the day, the appearance of bad posture can be a sign of aging, depression, not being properly aligned so our nervous system and organs don’t function properly.  And it makes us look shorter.

Here is a quick exercise I do once in a while to remind myself to straighten up. 

DIRECTIONS:  Lift hands straight up in the air.  Touch thumbs together.  Relax the shoulders and release arms gently to the sides.

In contrast to bad posture, good posture makes you look and feel alive, and actually makes you taller because you are standing taller.  Gives you confidence.  Here is my walk of confidence.
