Snacking on seaweed for healthier hair

Look for high quality seaweed, such as organic nori, wakame, and hijiki. There are so many different kinds of seaweed!  Nori is the kind use for making sushi and wakame is an ingredient in miso soup. I often add different kinds of dried seaweed to trail mix for snacking.
