HONEY & CINNAMON DETOX
2 Spoons Raw Honey
1 Small Spoon Cinnamon
1 Small Spoon Turmeric
DIRECTIONS: Mix together until smooth. Take a spoonful and add to cool or warm water.

3 cups chopped carrots
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cashews, soaked 2 hours, drained, and rinsed
1-2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon liquid aminos or natural soy sauce (see TIPS)
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1-2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Sprigs of parsley
DIRECTIONS: Blend the cashews and water until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Garnish each bowl of soup with a sprig of parsley. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 days. SERVES 4
