AM I VEGAN? DO I EAT 100% RAW FOOD?
My diet is primarily based on plants, with a good dose of fresh foods.  However, I do not adhere to one particular diet or eating regimen - seems like there's a new one every month, right?  The best advice about eating was from my Grandmother Sue, reminding to eat more fresh fruits and veggies, many of which both my Grandma Sue and Grandpa Art grew themselves (they each had their "own" garden spaces). 


While most days my diet is plant-based, my meals occasionally include grass-fed animal products, a couple of favorites are organic eggs from the family farm from the grass-fed and free range chickens (believe me, these chickens are free and pretty much run the place) and fermented, raw kefir from the local natural foods store.  Growing up, we ate a lot of produce off the farm and garden(s), and my dad bought cows and goats milk from the locals.  These days, my personal milk preferences are nut and seed milks with the occasional fermented, raw kefir. I work with many different types of diets.  My clients are often called picky eaters – I prefer to call them “educated”.
