HOW TO STEAM CAULIFLOWER


RECIPE

1 head cauliflower

1 spoonful olive oil

1 pinch sea salt, such as Celtic Sea Salt
Squeeze of half lemon


DIRECTIONS:  Turn heat on and bring to boil about 1/4 cup water. Add 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite size pieces.  Lid and turn heat off. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.  

TIPS: Traditional steaming uses a steamer or a bamboo basket.  This method uses no steamer.

HOW TO BOIL CARROTS


RECIPE

Few carrots

​2 cups water

1 spoonful olive oil

1 pinch sea salt, such as Celtic Sea Salt
Squeeze of half lime or lemon


DIRECTIONS:  Turn heat on and bring to boil 2 cups water.  Add chopped carrots.  Lid boil for about 7 minutes (5-10 minutes)



HOW TO STEAM BROCCOLI


RECIPE

1 head broccoli

1 spoonful olive oil

1 pinch sea salt, such as Celtic Sea Salt
Squeeze of half lemon


DIRECTIONS:  Turn heat on and bring to boil about 1/4 cup water. Add 1 head broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces.  Lid and turn heat off. Let sit for 5 minutes.
