RECIPES: DETOX, REMEDIES & WEIGHT LOSS

DIATOMACEOUS EATH (FOOD GRADE) DESTROYS WORMS, PARASITES & GOOD FOR HAIR, SKIN & NAILS
1 spoonful diatomaceous earth (food grade)
*Hair, Skin, Nails
*Rich in silica!
DIRECTIONS: The many benefits of diatomaceous earth from killing worms and parasites to it's silica-rich beauty benefits for hair, skin, and nails. While it is more effective taken with water on an empty stomach, it can be used as a daily or weekly supplement in juices, smoothies, or sprinkled on food.
TIPS: Make sure to use "food grade" quality of Diatomaceous Earth.
HONEY & GARLIC REMEDY
1 bulb garlic
3/4 cup honey (see TIPS)
2 spoons apple cider vinegar
1 small jar
*feel free to triple this recipe!
DIRECTIONS: Take a bulb of garlic, Take off the outer layer but no need to peel it but you can. Crush the bulb or crush each individual clove. Add the honey. You may find that raw honey is thicker and hard to scoop out. It really doesn’t pour in very well. Adding the apple cider vinegar will help to smooth out this mixture. The ACV is about 1/5th the amount of honey. Let this jar set out for a few days and up to one week. Then lid the jar and store in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
TIPS: The best types of honey are organic and raw. Raw honey is often thick and has been processed under low temperatures of heat so the natural and healing properties are preserved. If you can buy it locally it will have better properties for one's immune system. Note: For vegans, honey can e replaced with coconut nectar. Both raw honey and coconut nectar have a lower glycemic index than traditional sweeteners. HONEY & CINNAMON DETOX
2 Spoons Raw Honey
1 Small Spoon Cinnamon
1 Small Spoon Turmeric
DIRECTIONS: Mix together until smooth. Take a spoonful and add to cool or warm water.
